Installing the latest software is a great way to fine-tune your phone. It's like regularly servicing your car to keep it in peak condition. Before updating your software, make sure you back up your phone so you don't lose anything important.

Knocks and bumps can affect your SIM and can give a poor signal. Turn your device off, remove the SIM and wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth. If your SIM looks damaged or worn, pop into one of our stores and we'll take it from there.
